I was a little bit apprehensive of buying from this shop as I have never heard of it but the price of the pram was too good to pass on. The communication with Anna was absolutely brilliant. The pram came in few days after ordering it and I must say the quality is definitely there! No cheap fakes but actual branded items. The pram came in very well packaged. I visited this shop for the first time in May 2020 when my twins arrived. I found quality items and cheaper rates than amazon, argos and other shops. She was very gentle and soft spoken that you can't leave the shop without buying something. I have been buying from this shop since May and up till tomorrow. Anna made me feel at ease when purchasing my cot, buggy,as well as many other products for my first born and I am in love with the collection. She is very polite and helpful and gives great advise. Had a really great experience with them so reliable even during the pandemic i was able to get my buggy delivered next day which was great as i was expecting delays due to all the madness going on with covid19 also staff are really lovely they answer all questions with no hesitation really kind and lovely people I highly recommend them. 5*
